Goo Lagoon
Goo Lagoon is a lagoon located in Bikini Bottom. Bikini Bottomites use it as a beach and vacation area. Besides the main beach area, Goo Lagoon also contains Mussel Beach, Goo Lagoon Pier, and a snack hut. Common activities include surfing, swimming, volleyball, and sandcastle building. It debuted in the season 1 episode "Ripped Pants".

Appearance
Goo Lagoon has a large, dark blue lagoon in the middle with white sand surrounding said lagoon. There are lifeguard stations scattered about as well as pools. The main entrance has an orange sign with "Welcome to Goo Lagoon" in red, black, and blue lettering.
Colorful beach towels and umbrellas litter the beach area where beach goers can be seen sunbathing or relaxing. The lagoon is often seen with beach goers swimming or splashing eachother.
Mussel Beach
Mussel Beach is an area of Goo Lagoon dedicated to working out. Beach goers can lift weights, play volleyball, or flex their muscles with one another. Mussel Beach has it's own snack shack. The snack shack is metal with a straw roof and a large dumbell on top of the roof over the entrance. It is where gym enthusiasts go to tell eachother their daily routines to maintain or get their gains.
Mussel Beach holds an anchor throwing competition. Sign-ups are located on a pole near the snack shack.
Pier
As the name implies, the Pier is a pier area that contains rides and carnival stands. It is where the annual Valentine's Day Carnival is held. Rides include a rollercoaster, ferris wheel, and a swing ride.
